My dog has fleas, should I bring him in for a bath?

We do provide flea shampoo's, but my recommendation would be to do the following especially if there are alot of flea's involved: 

         Treat your dog with a Flea control product such as Advantage. Wait a day or two, then bring your dog in for a bath. This will give the flea control a chance to work, killing off any fleas on your  dog. This will also eliminate any risk of spreading the flea's to other dogs in the shop.

How long does a grooming take?

About two hours depending upon breed.

Do I need to show vaccination papers?

Not for D.I.Y. Yes for full grooming.

Yes. MasterCard and Visa

How much weight can the ramp and stairs support?

Ramps support 500 lbs. Stairs support 440 lbs.

I have a large breed can they fit into the tub?

Yes. We have St. Bernard's and other giant breeds that fit just fine.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just you and your dog.

Do I need an appointment?

No for D.I.Y., yes for professional grooming.

Can I walk in for a nail trim?

Yes.

What type of dryers do you use?

We use cool air high velocity dryers but hand held blow dryers are also available.
