: Grooming time depends on coat type, length, and condition. A short-haired Beagle takes much less time than a double-coated Golden Retriever. We quote based on your specific dog — not a generic size bucket.
: Yes — heavily matted coats require extra time and care to demat safely. We will do our best to assess the coat at drop off and discuss the right course of action.
: Prices are determined by the breed, size, coat condition and temperament of your dog. We will ask a series of questions before your appointment and can give a price estimate but may not be able to provide an accurate price until we physically assess your dog.
: Yes — no appointment needed. Just come in during our open hours. If all stations are occupied, we'll give you an estimated wait time.
